Whether your site requires monthly inventory captures or weekly progress updates, our scheduling policy is built to provide predictability for you while maintaining safety, sustainability, and efficiency for our team.
Monthly Scheduling
Service Windows, Not Fixed Days
We schedule monthly recurring work within a defined capture window—typically a 2- to 4-business-day range at the beginning or end of each month. This allows us to:
Avoid weekend and holiday conflicts
Respond to weather or airspace restrictions
Route flights efficiently across nearby job sites
Ensure certified pilots and equipment are available
Rather than promising a specific date (e.g., the 1st), we provide a consistent monthly window (e.g., 1st–4th) to maintain both quality and reliability.
Weekend Adjustments
If a scheduled capture date falls on a Saturday or Sunday, we automatically shift the job to the nearest prior business day. This protects our crews from excessive weekend work and keeps operations sustainable.
Priority Scheduling Option
Clients requiring fixed calendar dates may request priority scheduling for an additional fee. This guarantees capture on a specific date—even if it falls on a weekend or holiday—and helps cover associated labor, compliance, and routing costs.
Weekly Scheduling
Target Weekdays, Not Locked Days
Weekly clients are assigned a target weekday window (such as Monday–Wednesday or Tuesday–Thursday) rather than a fixed recurring weekday. This gives us flexibility to:
Adjust for weather and airspace conditions
Route pilots efficiently by region
Balance workloads across teams
Captures will consistently occur during your assigned week—just not always on the exact same day.
No Weekend Captures by Default
We do not fly on weekends under normal scheduling. If weather or operational delays require weekend service, we will communicate this in advance and may offer premium weekend scheduling if needed.
Premium Fixed-Day Scheduling
If your project demands that flights always occur on a specific weekday (e.g., every Tuesday), we offer fixed-day scheduling at an elevated service tier. This includes additional support for weather contingencies, rerouting, and pilot standby planning.
Communication and Coordination
You’ll receive advance notification of your scheduled capture window—monthly or weekly—along with any adjustments due to site conditions, safety, or logistics. Our team is always available to coordinate with your on-site contacts or respond to specific access requirements.
